All approved returns are issued as Mon Amie Amy store credit only.
We do not provide:
Jewelry, clothing, and handbags may be returned within 10 calendar days of purchase.
For online orders, the 10-day period begins on the date the carrier’s tracking information shows the package was delivered.
All other eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.
For online orders, the 30-day period begins on the date the carrier’s tracking information shows the package was delivered.
Returns received after the applicable return period will not be accepted.

Mon Amie Amy reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

The term sale items includes merchandise purchased at a reduced price, promotional markdown, clearance price, or other discounted price when the item is identified as a sale or final-sale product.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all submitted customization information before approving or placing an order.
Mon Amie Amy is not responsible for errors in information submitted or approved by the customer, including incorrect spelling, initials, dates, colors, fonts, designs, or placement instructions.
If Mon Amie Amy makes an error that differs from the information submitted or approved by the customer, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
All food and beverage products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This policy applies whether or not the product has been opened.
Please contact us promptly if a food product is damaged during shipment, defective, expired when received, or different from what was ordered.

We recommend using a trackable and insured return-shipping method. Mon Amie Amy is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged before reaching our store.

Eligible merchandise purchased online or in the store may be returned at our Ashburn location during regular business hours.

Eligible gifts may be returned within the applicable return period with a gift receipt or acceptable proof of purchase.
Gift returns are issued as Mon Amie Amy store credit only.
No cash or payment-card refund will be issued to the gift recipient.
Final-sale products, including food products, custom orders, personalized products, and sale items, cannot be returned as gifts.
Please inspect your merchandise promptly.
If an item is defective, was damaged before delivery, or is different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another remedy required by applicable law.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, and natural variations in materials are not considered defects.
Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the eligible merchandise price and applicable sales tax paid on that merchandise.
Original shipping, expedited shipping, gift-wrapping, personalization, customization, and handling charges are not included in the store credit.

Sale items and merchandise marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
For eligible merchandise purchased using a coupon or promotional discount, store credit will be based on the amount actually paid.
If a return causes the original purchase to no longer qualify for a bundled discount, minimum-purchase offer, or other promotion, the store credit may be adjusted to reflect the terms of that promotion.
